What is Strategic Ministry Planning?
Strategic Ministry Planning (SMP) is a fully participatory process
in which our congregation asked God to reveal His Calling and
His Plan for us. We set our personal agendas aside and go to God
with empty hands, asking the Holy Spirit for direction instead of
rely on ourselves.
